ive said this in your other thread its its probably your layout in your car you did say your rx aerial is running across the top of your esc.
tried moving everything and also with it all out of the buggy, no different so cant be that. its defo either the esc, (but works fine with an analogue ko ps2173 fet servo) or its the savox servo, but works fine in the speed passion gt2 esc.
lost at to what to do now but buy a decent analogue servo.:bored: |
your cheapest option would to bye a servo.
i run savox. |
why would I buy another savox? this one is perfect, never had an issue until the moment I plug it into the pearl.
i would rather keep this than buy another servo but im out of options.
6 hours of messing this seems to be the problem

42mb check weather the transmitter has a ultra, high or low respons settings. |
42mb? what page are you looking at? been through the manual loads.
if you move the servo smooth and steady both ways no issues, try flicking it, or when it recenters itself quicky and boom blue light and a twitch of the throttle. has to be the current dropping out. be interested to see what you mean by the above post.....ill try anything  |
42 megabyte download.
switch the the respons setting in the transmitter to a lower setting see if that works. |
cant find anything about responce settings.
On your transmitter go to system then frame rate and then choose from 11ms(default) for digital and most new analogue servos or 16.5ms for older analogue servos.
yes thats 11ms
update i have just noticed on the monitor of the dx3s that the rx voltage reads 6.4v constant no matter what I do, the moment i fiddle with the servo it drops 6.3v 6.1v 5.9v occasionally 5.3v and throttle jumps like mad has to be that the servo is drawing to much power? why? how? and how can this be fixed? could it be the wire from the esc to the rx is damaged/soldered incorrect as its a bit tatty? or is this still needing a power cap that ive ordered already? i cant think of it been anything else |
Are you using the power cap?
ive ordered one that plugs into the rx, that what your on about?
Yes because they are made to stop (or reduce) the voltage from dropping when the servo is under load.
but the servo is not underload, is sat on my knee and im flicking the wheel.
It still has to move the gears. That's a load isn't it?
