Yeah Ian, we're booked. Hilton, Twin Room, Fri/Sat/Sun nights.
Total cost 240 EURO for both of us + £5/night for parking(??? will be wriggling out of that if possible - hate getting ripped off!!).

Doesn't include breakfast - but we'll be gone before it starts anyway.
Maybe try and pay for it on Monday morning.

Legacy555 24-09-2010 07:57 AM

1. John Dungan - Hilton, back either
2. Ian Hunter - Hilton (booked with Will), back Monday
3. Michael Bolger - Travellodge, back Sunday
4. Tony Kavanagh - Premier Inn, back either
5. Nigel Dungan - Hilton, back either

Ferry times change after 05 Jan 2011, so have no sailing times yet.
You can take it that for outbound on the friday we will all need to be in Dublin Port at 7.00am. You will be back in Dublin on Monday evening at about 6.00 pm.

I see that Ivan is on the list now, hopefully he gets a place.

kartstuffer 28-09-2010 03:31 PM

Are there any spare beds at the premier inn for friday and saturday nights ?
I think i have had an entry accepted as they just asked me to validate it.
If all is ok i will fly over fri 8pm and back sunday at airport 7pm.
I dont know what time it finishes at but that`s when the flight is.

ian h 28-09-2010 03:36 PM

You should be ok timewise. You may miss the raffle and prizes etc. If you have not paid your entry then I would advise that you do as you are more likely to get in. If you don't get in it will be refunded at some point.

Legacy555 28-09-2010 03:47 PM

Fingers crossed for Ivan and Karl.
If were clever about distributing the race gear there should be room for the pair of you in the Xantia for the trip over.

Book your rooms asap though!!! Also don't know if Colin Whelan has booked accommodation yet, so it would be a good idea to liaise with him and share.
