Will do! Just wondering how you get such fine fades around the lights and grilles. I always end up with to much shadow, making the lights too dark overall.

Any tips?

Yep, wot 'e said - non slip matting from a pound shop (toolbox liner etc, etc). The grilles use some nylon mesh I found kicking about. To hold in place I used a waft of 3M 77 spray glue on the back of it - helps stop bleed.

Still struggle to control the blending, wonder if I need a finer nozzle than the .5 in the SBS

S'pose I could change the nozzle and needle cap in the SBS... or would a cheapie .25 brush be better/easier?

play with thinning and pressures to help with atomization before getting another brush etc. also, after using reducer in your paint let it sit for 5 mins or so. it will give it time to melt(for want of a better word) the paint abit so it flows better.

P.S. What paint are you using? I tend to stick to Auto-Air or Faskolor, I can't discern much difference between the two. i had a brief go with the non-water based stuff but it stinks the place out and I'm forever cleaning up with expensive thinners.
