Remember the X11 has none of the problems of the X10.

Both DX410 & X11 were in the 'A' at Tally - if that helps you choose!

I think Andy has the answer - get both.

Buy both used. If they either doesn't work out, I'll buy one. I'm in NC, so the shipping won't be crazy to deal with.

There a a couple of things to consider before rushing-out to buy a car .
  • First :
What is you budget like ? ( there is no point in you getting a Hi-end car if you're going to go for cheap electronics )
  • Second :
Most importantly How Much are spares ; And are they easily available ...
( If you have to wait a couple of weeks for parts & miss a race ... you will be gutted & disapointed )
  • Third :
It might be worth checking @ you local club What Cars most people run ...
( if you're getting back into racing , you should consider a popular car . In casse you need hand ; most racers will help you with both Setup & spares )

It's good to consider exotic cars such as the X11 or DEX410 .
but if you're the only one running the car ; it's a lot harder to find a good setup .

Hope this helps .

Isn't finding a good setup for a rare car part of the fun of owning a rare car?

Well yeah!

I heard Jared Tebo once drove a Cereal box with a hotwheels car underneath to a first place finish at a regional..... :D

I just spent a half hour in the 97 degree garage getting AE shocks to work well on my Academy SB.
