Hi Rich,

Great to meet you Sunday but to be fair we probably crossed paths at rallycross meetings in the past. I only remember the Kyosho drivers :)

Glad you liked the cars.

It was great to see you going so well with your newly built cars.
It was also good to see some nitro boys mixing it with the ep guys after the opposite happening for the last couple of years.

I will try and do a team report kind of thing on the website.

Oh and Rich any chance of a setup??

Microtech have always been great for Kyosho spares, give them a try!!!

Others that I know keep good stocks are DMS, PBM & JE. There are others too.

Microtech are great people to deal with and give free postage if you put together a sensible sized order.

(My own RB5 went fine, just couldn't drive it.)

I just checked out the JESpares site and they only have a front shock tower for the ZX5?

microtech stock Kyosho parts, with live stock levels

edit - Damn Roger, too quick! lol

Thanks guys. I've been using Microtech, they're good, but have found many items out of stock. Guess that's how it is sometimes.

RogerM 19-01-2010 12:21 PM

It is unfortunately the case but you must remember your one of only a relatively small number of racers the who have discovered the joy of Kyosho ownership, once the rest work out they are the only car to have then stocking levels will improve to where AE is ect. today. Remember it's their loss not yours ;)

Seriously though I've never had to wait very long for Microtech to get me anything, certainly never missed a meeting due to lack of parts.

It is also worth remembering that as Kyosho are always aiming to improve and update their parts it is actually better to get parts from somebody who keeps regularly rotating it's stock such as Microtech as you will always be getting the latest greatest bits.

Let me know if your ever in need of anything in an uber hurry as I keep pretty good stocks of the majority of parts in my box and would be happy to send them out if you arrange replacement of them to me via Microtech.
