Glad the wheels still come in white, black look cool on the bench but are hard to see round a track not that you can miss those orange ones!!

I like the rear of the car, looks like you can play with the anti squat which is a big step on for the car.

Must say does look very nice and even more bullet prof now!!:)

noticed the drive shafts are now crome, has anything else changed as i used to go through rear ones quite fast

Has the chassis changed, on the sides, got an angled slope now, I don't remember it having that before.

Looks a far more robust car now.

Can change squat and toe at rear I think (or in therory) and kick-up at front.

Driveshafts are a stronger material.

Yep, sloped sides and changes for the new hinge pin blocks.

plus new material.

I must admit, in looks far more professional now, with the logo'd up plastics and anodizing, the steering has finaly lost that DIY look to it too.

Reevsey 08-05-2007 09:29 PM

have the pins changed as they were the weak part that i used to go through where the plastic cap goes over the end. I asume the plastic ends are still there?

Looks faster the more i look at that car!!

Northy 08-05-2007 09:37 PM

Stronger pins were a running change last season. Plastic bits are still there to protect the ultra light ali diffs

the car looks fantastic. Well worth the wait to see it. Well to everyone involved. I can't afford to buy a full new car so will be upgrading the XRS with various parts as and when parts become advailable. It's a step forward on what i think is already one of the best cars around

gav4wd 08-05-2007 10:01 PM

well done !

yes the car looks great.
also it is very light you will be amazed
it's going to be popular

LoBo 09-05-2007 02:40 AM

Its a beautiful car. but having owned the X10 before, i'd still prefer the original polished metal sheen on the car. now... time to sell some "dust collectors" on my car shelf to raise funds for it :(

grindog 09-05-2007 08:44 AM

will there be an X11 - XRS version available?

millzy 09-05-2007 10:17 AM

id say the aero, just because he will snap somthing sooner on the other two

MikePimlott 09-05-2007 11:03 AM

Car looks really good.
I think the Alloy Brace where the suspension pivots now fix looks alot stronger than when they screwed into the front gear box top plate.

Will Tom be piloting the new car at Kidderminster? I will get some photos if I come along.
