he is. but maldini is out .. which is a big blow. Bonera was far from impressive.

GOod news for Man U ... Evra is out with a yellow card. That means he won't have a chance to take Heinze out again :D

seems to be a lot of Milan underestimation here...

and C Ronaldo is not the best player in the world, far from it.

Not under-estimation, just people having faith in the team they support, nowt wrong with that :D

I think Ronaldo's getting there, he's certainly one of the best at the moment - i'd have him in my team over Ronaldinho at this moment in time and i wouldn't have said that last year, not in a million years.

Kopite if ronaldo was in the red shirt of liverpool you would be hailing him as the best player ever, its just the fact that he plays for utd that you dont like, its like the beckham era when he was a stunning player but all the scousers thought he was crap. In reality you would have worshipped him in your shirt.

Im not a man utd fan but i can admit when i see class;)

Well said that man, think you've hit the nail on the head!

Lee 02-05-2007 01:02 PM

Did you know that gerard houllier decided not to buy ronaldo when he was at liverpool, claiming he was "under developed" He must feel a right tit now:D

RLGfx 02-05-2007 01:18 PM

i think houlier was referring to ronaldos genitalia....

Lee 02-05-2007 01:23 PM

He did mention ball control:D

matdodd 02-05-2007 01:27 PM

:D

I hate to say it but i think Liverpool will win it again, there small club tactics will bring number 6

Lee 02-05-2007 01:30 PM

Liverpool are the new bolton:D long ball up to crouchie:D

Personally i hope they dont, nothing worse than a gloating scouser:D

matdodd 02-05-2007 01:34 PM

O and one more thing Stan

4 points :D

Nick Goodall 02-05-2007 01:34 PM

IF United get to the Final, i don't think Liverpool will have much of a chance personally. They haven't done very well in the last few years, the only big team they seem to do well against is Chelsea :D

We'll see anyway, but i think if Utd get there, they'll win it as they're so hungry this year - the spirit in the team is unquestionable, looking at the games they've come back to win - (Milan and recently Everton) they look really up for it.

The problem for liverpool will be defence, there's not a team in the world that can cope with Ronaldo, Rooney, Scholes, Giggs, Carrick if they're playing well.

I just hope they do it tonight.......

Kopite 02-05-2007 03:01 PM

What a load of crap. Ronaldo is hated for reasons everyone knows about (World Cup, diving, constant whinging like a child.....), and he's just massively overrated. I can happily say that Scholes is a genius, and Rooney is world class, it's got nothing to do with whom i support.

Would you like Liverpool FC to apologise for being simply the most successful team in English football history? We have nothing to be bitter about, but i suspect jealousy might be the answer for all these posts against us....

No, but history is history and Liverpool are a different team now than when the history was created.. We are in 2007 and its the matches in the current season which will result in a winner.

No one player makes a team, a group of players who play well together make a team and Man United have that - and they have it beyond there selected 11 players.... they didn't have it last season, and may not next either.

Who knows what team orders were for Portugal, but Ronaldo isn't such a diver for United than he was for Portugal. I agree he played off-hand for his country though.

Chris

Do you think they would:D

Im not bitter, i just support newcastle, so its not like i know about winning anything:D
Also how can you say little ronnie is over rated when he won the Young PFA award and the PFA, which is voted for by the people he plays against:confused:

Kopite 02-05-2007 03:22 PM

I, on behalf of all the supporters of Liverpool FC apologise for our unrivalled success.

:D

(....And i HATE Everton!!)

I think we all need to have a massive game of footy at the Kidderminster National, to sort this out. Who's in?

Lee 02-05-2007 03:23 PM

I think thats a fair comment:D

Chrislong 02-05-2007 03:37 PM

emzy 02-05-2007 03:41 PM

Kopite 02-05-2007 03:52 PM
