Hi Kev,

Thank you for your interest.

I have up-dated the details.

This will be the first Vintage race meeting the Coventry Club has held.

This is something that if there is enough interest will hopefully be a permanent meeting every year.

Rules, If there is anything that you anyone else feels should be changed, altered, added etc... The club will be happy to listen.

This is something that the club hopes to be fun and successful for all enthusiasts.

The main purpose of this meeting is to,

1. Have fun and enjoy the meeting at Coventry Club.
2. Show off your Vintage rides.

Mark.......

Could you fill in a couple of things please ?

Most important for me is meeting times/schedules - ive a near 3-hour road trip to get there so knowing start time would be handy !

Also, can you enter two classes ? I'd quite like to run 2 and 4wd, but that doesnt seem to be an option on the entry form ? Or can we just fill out the entry form twice, once for 2wd and once for 4wd ?

Thank you.... :)

Gates open at 7.30 with booking in from 8. Start time dependant on numbers but probably 1st race on the line about 9.30

Just fill in the form twice for 2 classes.

BRCA Membership required?

Hi, I'd like to take part in this event along with my brothers - there would be 4 of us in total. As we Haven't raced for a couple of years we don't have BRCA membership. Would it be ok for us to take part in this race meeting without this? I understand that most clubs now, in line with BRCA guidelines, allow a new person to take part in 3 or so race meetings at a club before requiring this membership.

Between us we'd be racing the following cars, maybe using different cars in different heats to get them used and make things interesting!
Mardave Apache
Mardave Meteor
Mardave Cobra
Kyosho Ultima homebrew
Original RC10
Losi XX
Schumacher Cougar2000
Schumacher Procat

Thanks

Ray

BRCA is prefered.
rule is if you have had a licence in the past you will need a new licence, if you have raced at 3 meetings with out a licence you will now need a licence.
For the Fee of £20 it is worth the insurance cover then you can race at other events.

So if you haven't booked in for this Vintage Meeting on June 10th !! GET BOOKED IN !!...........:thumbsup:
