Just been looking at this on redrc. Extra side gear and I like the chassis stiffener.

I was wondering if a belt could be used instead of an extra side gear . A bit like the old rc10 hyperdrive.

Orlowski certainly managed to make all the others look a little slow in the DHI A-final!

Attention to detail, notice the blue tack to balance the near side front wheel in the image above.
Adding a third gear mean's another shaft, two bearing, lock nut and extra alloy to carry the assemble. But is it getting a little to complex and would this work outside. The car sure did look to be quick and very stable, even the 4 wd was fast and made the new Serpent look slow, and that should be one of the quickest with the history of its designer and driver. |

I do not think there is a new Schumacher 4wd was referring to the new Serpent shaft drive.
He was also using the original SV narrow front wish bone that give less understeer and a fast response and with the wheel base short. |
So know we know, Schumacher has just released the KD (an SV2 update) and the KC (the KF2 replacement) is available for pre order.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

There is a picture of the KC above, bet it is the same as the car used at the DHI meeting, the only thing I do not like is the lack of side rails to help stop dirt and water getting into the electrics
