Get a tamiya hornet. I think I saw someone win with one of those once.... They are really good... Oh sorry the hornet isn't a YZ2 or XB2.... :p

the OP wanted a laydown mid motor design, that is why we suggested the Sworkz and the PRS1V3 They are the same layout as the YZ2 and the XB2, but very new companies to the UK so many people are not aware of them being options to the "big two".

It's understandable that people will gravitate towards the better known manufacturers. It makes sense. Those of us who have ventured to the lesser known makes are taking a chance, a gamble of sorts and that suits some, but not others.

Time will tell if we've done the right thing. So far so good though.
