If we are going to organise something then we are going to have to get a date sorted and keep it. If im wasting my time also tell me. I think it will be a laugh to be fair.

Sorry, some of us work for a living.... December the 13th is good for me however I'm on a 12 and a half hour shift on sunday so al have to take it easy..... Ha ha... If thats possible.

Neil. Can you recommend somewhere as Shields isnt my patch? Put it on the calender now so its the 13th December.

How about meet for say 7PM then a couple of bevvies in Shields before making our way to a curry house? If somebody lets me know a good one to go to then i will ring up and book a table or two.

Date is no good for Pete, can't take Thurs-Sat nights off over Xmas run up (as previously mentioned)

The date you have set you will probably have to book and have to pay something in advance because of Christmas work dos. We always used the Star of India I think it's called at the top of the street.

I was at the Dilshad last night, and I needed a booking. Its getting very busy in there at the moment, would recommend a booking. Other than that. Cafe India, or if you want a bit more contemporary, Indian Essence is very good.

Must admit. I like the contemporary kind of establishment myself. I think my inbound flight will get me there for that time hopefully.

just looked at what other ppl have put and i say the momotaj or how ever u spell it . been there the longer then any other (over 30 years) but il go any where apart from that one with the brown sign out front cant think of its name went there a few weeks back n they hassle u to bits hang over u all nite tryin to make u buy more nans that u dont want .the old fella is drippin wet propa stinkin and its [moderator]* not a very nice place * inside . (il find out the name to give them a nice plug and get back to yous) and the 2 lass's that went [moderator] *were not well* the next day .. thats lass's mind . ps dont tell my lass i was in there with 2 lass's lol jk

Right everyone The table is booked at the Momotaj (144, Ocean Rd, South Shields, Tyne and Wear NE33 2JF) 7 o'clock on sat 13th December.
