Dale has painted three of them for us, including the one in the shot for RedRc. Because Dale has done thousands of bodies for every conceivable sort of R/C anything, I was holding my breath until he gave them back to me. I knew Dale would tell me the truth about them, and am on top of the world because he thinks they are cool.

We hope to have additional pix sent out tonight, including at least one action shot.

With the shcok tower moved to the rear we got rid of the hideous shock tower bulges which appear on every other truck body, and the result is fantastic!

It's funny how people can form an opinion of a car from one dodgy photo...so back to the original question then.....will the conversion be out for christmas :p

Darren Boyle 05-11-2008 11:24 PM

Most definately Burgie, we are getting very close now (within two weeks with no more hickups and a reliable delivery from UK customs)

Thats one of the bits I like the most, the rear end looks really swooping and aggressive. The lines, from the cockpit back almost remind me of the Azarashi Vaykal, yummmmmmmmmmm:thumbsup:

Is it a J concepts design again?

kropy 06-11-2008 12:20 PM

You guys will love this body, It's soooooo easy to lay out ANY paint scheme (even easier than a touring car body ), This body is shaped like a sexy women with all of the sleek curves :wub

Thanks, I used a few different design elements on this body just to illustrate some of the different design possibilities that is easily achievable with this body style (even Chazz didn't know what to think :wtf: LOL)

kropy 06-11-2008 12:57 PM

The headlights & grill are all paint

super__dan 06-11-2008 01:04 PM

That will look proper nice in white yellow orange and blue ;)

Will get some nice shaddows/highlights in the blue on the curves and angles on the rear quarters.
