Hi all the washers are available off the shelf from misumi in the following size. Od = 25.00mm
Id = 14.5
t = 0.80mm
material = stainless steel 304H

I have ordered a set for trial. Looking at the diff construction 0.20mm shouldn't make any difference on od and id. However shim thickness is critical.

Part number :- CIMRSF-D25-V14.5-T0.8
CALLAR about £4 each.

Well on the way now. Bit of fine tweaking (material off) still needed but 95% perfect.

Please can someone help me out with the little bearing which sits in the middle of the pro diff, part number A512.Pictured in one of the earlier posts between belt spacers. I need measurements so I can source some.

Still really need to work out the size of this bearing.

Have replied to your message Robin... looking at those lovely machined parts I notice that the mating face on which the diff ring/washer sits is completely flat - on the original parts there is a slim 'lip' around the outer edge which I think gives the effect of applying more point pressure on the diff ring & helps it 'grip' ... if that makes sense?

Thanks Dan for pm - The cnc parts defo have the lip you mention, think it might be the camera angle. Its only very subtle on the parts mind.
Like 0.20mm height. Like you say to add point load to the diff washer.

For future ref the A512 bearing is 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/8

also the misumi washers are amazing quality no honning required.
