i like hobbyking too

but i am under no illusions that there ESC are not rebadged Hobbywing they are "copies" as such thats why they are cheap i want to try one myself soon so i am not knocking them . but i am realistic about what i am getting for my money

lipos are fantastic value for club racing (the debate about BRCA approval is covered elsewhere ) its just a shame currently there not

Fair comment Fidspeed on the esc's.
Can you shed any more light on it?
Electronics are just electronics to me, if it works - then job done :)

re: the hobbyking esc's, I actually believe a local racer has flashed it with hobbywing software....

Yeah, i should rephrase they are copies. But its performance is exactly on par with the genuine item.

And yes , you can flash hobbywing firmwAre on to it from your pc.

I use a similar one to that. Silky smooth and reasonably powerful! Nice.
