Well they really are helpful... not
Despite sending all the information they requested ie photos etc they still just go round in circles.
Now they deny that the charger was even ordered. Sent screenshots of the order in my hk order history.
Then they ask for evidence again.
I filed with paypal. But lost.
Joyful joy no wonder they so cheap. They make their profit by ripping you off.
Thats me finished with that company.

Really sorry that you haven't been able to resolve things with them -sadly its one of quite a few horror stories i've heard.

From reading this thread and making my first purchase (ordered friday, arrived this morning) with them I think the following precautions should be taken:

1) Log in BEFORE buying
2) Only buy things that are "in stock" and not on "back order"
3) Only buy from the UK site and UK warehouse.
4) Keep on emails/communications from them

These won't guarantee that you won't get ripped off but will at least minimise the chances.

If your paypal is funded from a credit card take it up with the bank. The banks have a responsibility of resolving the matter and if you provide all the info you have they will refund you.
