Hi mate, just saw this thread for the first time. Great work on the Turbo Javelin cage, I really like the whole idea. :)
However, if you look closely at the Javelin cage you'll notice it pretty much resembles the Optima's body lines. While you have made changes I think with a bit more tweaking it could look a lot more like the turbo Optima body shape.
For me, I think it looks too narrow at the rear and it really needs the wedge/wing section overhanging the motor. I know there would be a bit of work in it but I really think it would finish it off very nicely and look a lot more like a Turbo Optima.
Cheers, Keith ;)

Hi Keith,
Sorry for the slow reply I've been a quite a bit occupied solving family matters this past few weeks/months... :(
Thank's for the comments!
I wanted to use the Javelin mold to make the TJ rollcage so that's why the roof line and most of the rollcage look like the original Javelin, after all this is a concept so it can't be wrong ;)
Originally I wanted to make the rear turbo louver exactly like you are saying; hanging above the rear and motor, but I want it to be a Javelin in essence so I just kept it simple and add the spoiler and louvered panel like found in the TO.
Only 5 of these rollcages were ever built along with a numbered certificate that the company made for each. I am planning on making another limited run but in a blue and white rollcage, maybe with some slight changes on the sail panel and in the rear louver, instead of "Turbo" it will read "LE MANS" or something like that.
