Hi, does the original rear weight and rear side weight kit fit in this mod? I really belive this kit looks promising and well balanced. But maybe sometimes we need alittle more weight at the rear. Maybe im wrong

I recall seeing or reading somewhere saying explicitly that they will fit without any issues... but I can't find it right now

Hi guys
Yes the Durango weights kit fit this chassis
Thanks origneelreclameboard it says it on post #1
The very rear under weight is as per normal 410
And the rear side weights fit upside down above the rear brace. There are extra holes through chassis and rear mounting blocks, with screws provided, you can clamp the side weights down to make the rear brace more rigid or mount them on O rings ( not supplied ) to allow flex
Also you can remove one screw in each of the carbon side/ mounting blocks to tune flex ( where the flex occurs and how much) as long as both front and rear blocks have a screw in to hold the car together , but in any configuration to achieve the flex you prefer
Hope this makes sense
It maybe easier to explain with pics
I will post some pics in the morning , when I get back from racing.
Thanks

Hi SteveT
It is an alternative conversion for 410 owners better in some situations
The v3 is the best 4wd out there we believe in every field ( performance ,cost ,strength etc ) and the perfect car for our conversion
We have found it to have increased corner speed and rear of the car very planted to get on the gas earlier
Thanks

If i put in an order, when do you belive i could get it ?

D.A.R.C 1 01-05-2013 07:08 PM

Hi Roy
Mid next week if you are in UK
I will be boxing some kits tomorrow evening so I can weigh them etc to get a postage price on Friday
The bank holiday kind of messes it up
So i can post on Tuesday so as to not have it hanging around some depot and getting lost
Would that be ok?
PM me

mrroy76 01-05-2013 07:41 PM

Ok, i live in Norway, but that shouldnt be any issue. Royal parcel or is it royal pririty mail, cant remember is a pretty good way to get it to me.

Ill order 1 set, but i need to wait for the 20Th May. So if you can have one ready for me then i would be happy.

Please PM me if you need more details

Hi, Any more reviews about testing? Will the D-joint fit on this?

D.A.R.C 1 09-05-2013 09:40 PM

Update for you Mrroy76

Yes the Djoints fit this conversion
We are shipping kits out now
Many thanks to the people that have purchased kits already
410 DARC Facebook page coming soon for sharing setups ,tips , news etc
We are awaiting the pro photography of the converted car ( we cannot wait to show you )
A DARC test driver recently went 1.5 seconds quicker a lap running his usual Dex410 setup with a tad thicker front diff oil
So for us very exciting times
Thank you
Any other questions?
