Most get on with Ballistic Green mini spikes, some like Schumy yellow mini spikes in the dry .... I've never found a condition where the Schumy greens work for me.

Dave,

weather look sdry but really cold!!!!

Hoping to make this one but need to confirm with the bosses (one at home and the one that pays me) first.

Does anyone know what the current entry list is like for Sunday ????

Will there be any shop in attendance ??

Weather for tomorrow is not at all good. Will make the go/no go decision when I open the curtains I think. I dont want to risk getting stuck on the M6 with James in the car if there is black ice / snow.

I went and then came home straight away. I hope that those who stayed did manage to get some racing in, but the weather was really bad on the M6 driving back so I dont know if they stood much of a chance.

Belsten 23-11-2008 04:54 PM

I didnt, does anyone know if there was any racing ?

alrg500 23-11-2008 05:16 PM

There were 10-15 people fully booked in who definately wanted to race when I left at around 9ish.

The meeting was defo going to run at that stage.

jon kedge 23-11-2008 05:39 PM

coventry no racing

After talking and more heavy rain we got are money back from bill and we all left about 10am with no racing.Dez chand(rrc editor)tried his 1/8th rally x lipo converted rc8(very impressive,29 secs laps)but even that got water inside. Are they going to re-run that missed meeting.

HarlowS 24-11-2008 12:04 PM

Yep, unfortunately the weather got the best of us yesterday. The snow wasnt the problem but the rain made it all a bit too wet to run. We are hoping to try and re run it but its dependant on finding a free weekend.
