ran and raced a pred for several years.
It will always have a special place in my memories. Not the easiest car to get used to but it was wurth it ...

I simply stopped because I was GUTTEd by the poor, miserable support from Tean Xtreme. (promises that weren't kept, parts-availability, ...)
A real shame.:mad::mad::mad:

and God knows (sorry big fella up there) that I am/was not the only, first one with these issues!

If another manufactor would take over the Pred, I seriously would be able to sell all my other cars and buy me a Pred again.

I also running a Predator X10 with some X11 upgrades, GM Genius ESC and motor.
In my opinion she´s still the best looking car out there...

I bought an x11 off eBay , it came with an x10 which had been broken up to provide spares for the x11, so I've rebuilt the x10 and will be running it at club level ( I've nicknamed it the junkyard dog , as it really was in a state !! ) , I think you guys maybe alittle unfair to team extreme , I've ordered parts online using PayPal and there here the next day !! I guess some of you guys are Americans and I can understand how waiting for airmailed parts can be frustrating !!

I'll post pics up later

i've got a x11 '08 but i don't use it any more,too much broken diff screws ,not easy to set up and to maintain and parts are expensive , now it's a shelf queen (fitted with plenty of new parts:thumbsup:)

burgie 24-09-2013 07:20 PM

Will be using mine again - it has been stood for a while - since my youngest, Jim, snapped it in half at the srcc oople round!

Prior to that, Jim had been running it regularly at southport and he also used it at the Belgian gp.

They are still competitive cars and can hold their own against some newer cars, especially if a shorty lipo is used and the l-r balance of the car matched.
