engine/gearbox change??

how does it work if you snap your car (and engine and 'box) in praccy do you still get demoted because you run the spare car and therefore a 'new' gearbox and engine??

so does Massa get demoted for qually?

I think if they can 'transplant' the old gearbox and engine he will be fine, if not it's a penalty as far as i know.
