Everything Jason states in his post is spot on, these reasons outlined are why we only charge when goods are being despatched too, once more it is illegal to charge for somthing BEFORE you are in a position to despatch it, you are not allowed to sell somthing you dont have, yet many companies in lots of industries still do (including model shops).
