I don't run either of those so wouldn't be fair to comment, I've never had any issues with front tower, normally change as the top looks scabby not that I break them, do run plastic though.
Always keep meaning to get the rear hubs but never seem to get round to them, also have loads of spares of stock ones ;) |
Im running the Rayspeed rear hubs. Not long ago I let Tom race my X-6 while he was building his own, and he put the stock B4 hubs on it. When i got it back the car just didn't go well, so put the Rayspeed hubs back on and the car felt more like how I like it to again, possibly due to the lower ballstud position than the stock hubs.
I think having Rayspeed or Racers edge hubs is as important as the E-speed hangers in my opinion. |
i have taken the e-speed hangers off mine - i didn't like the "twitchy" feeling they gave the car - i do run the trinity blue hubs on the back though, and they make the car "feel" better.

so i just bought the x 6 conversion for my boy darren at dms.
i run the xx4 and i want to keep the 3-3 saddle set up. i've seen the 3-3 set up on the 'rc racer' test car does anyone know if i bought the 3-3 or 4-2 chassis??????? thanks |
