in the dry 3000 works great. Will try 5k and see if it improves the wet running, as at present, i am not happy with the performance in the wet with the gear diff......
next stop apex for some 5k................

Mine was exactly the same. Anything lower than 5k and it was shit! Put 7k in and was a massive improvement but lacked slow speed steering. Went to 5k and was perfect.

also are you running any spacers under the ball stud on your rear hubs ?
i am running 3 mm spacers under mine and it works a treat i also run my rear very soft 54 pistons with 20w to 22.5w 0il and the white spring works very well for me front is out door racing green spring with 55 piston and 27.5w oil and indoor carpet same as out door but black spring could go to yellow spring in the rear as well for carpet give it a go

Why does a gear diff and ball diffs handle different to each other. The porpose isbthe same. Its it purely down to a ball diff sliping and a gear diff not. Is It because the more a gear diff spins the more resistance there is. Like a violosity diff on real car. Im just building my 22 at the moment

to be honest, i am not a big one for changing springs etc etc etc, just sort of run it as it is. will prob get more minor changes done as and when i feel they will make a differerence, but at the moment i am just running a set up that seems to work OK.
