I like the scheme on that, very nice.
I tend to agree with you about the on road cars being more like "scale" versions with real world paint but the off road ones not so much. There aren't really any off road races shown on commercial tv channels in this country. We have normal rally but neither the 10th buggies or the 8th "rally cross" buggies resemble the full size race cars we see. The old Baja type buggies that take part in desert racing are much more like some old Tamiya's than todays clean lines of the Durango's or any other shell out there. I fully get your point but I think a lot of the off road cars are painted in bright scheme's to stand out on track. |
