Yes mikeyscott, thats exactly what I meant, its not a nice thing to do, criticize somebodyelse car, neither with words,signs,.... or whatever..even if I am "BANG OUT OF ORDER" I think I have the right to comment somebodyelse comment.
But like steve73 said, lets keep it cool, no hard feelings, and I wish you all a pleasant night.
And one more time, I think that those cars here
and videos are awesome.:)

It does work, there is a little more flex than with full aluminium chassis of my previous Dex :)

I fill the car less violent in this behaviour than will the full aluminium kit (Spec)
I guess the carbon chassis is flex speaking between aluminium chassis with aluminium side plate and aluminium chassis with plastic side plate

its the relux wheels dyed orange.

JohnM 28-09-2011 05:51 AM

Like the Captain said, they look like the JConcepts Rulux wheels, fit straight on with out any mods, however they do have a different off set to the TD wheels, I always found they made the car drive odd, but then again if they were all you used, you'd get used to it.

Ive also heard this before.

JohnM 28-09-2011 02:07 PM

Probably cos I've posted it at least 4 times already;) not to count the other times someone else has mentioned it.

Anibal Henriques 28-09-2011 05:10 PM

Rulux wheels shortened the car ?
They have least offset than Durango wheels?

Not shorter, but as they have a different off-set, they make it not as wide as with the std wheels, bit of a shame as they do look nice, but speed has to win over looks in the end:thumbsup:

Anibal Henriques 28-09-2011 09:22 PM

Rulux looks nice ,but i thing the car works better wider;)

Thought i would upload a few pics of my 410 2010 for anyone looking for any tips on electric install (i know mine isnt the neatest job) but i looked at quite a few pics on this thread which helped me out so i thought i would do the same
Hell of a tight fit, trying to get it all in with the housebrick of a Futaba receiver, bought a 2nd hand s.passion pro speedo, tried to install that..just too tight, then went for a new lrp speedo which has quite a smaller footprint, still a squeeze even with a low profile savox sevo, had to dremmel the servo mounting bracket to get the servo wires through.
The eagle eyed of you will notice a rub mark on the orange wire from the outdrive, wire now shortened : )
Pig ugly shell (in my opinion) much prefer the new v3 shell shape
Oh & my shiney blingy Tresrey servo saver arm arrived this morning.

Can't see the pictures, unfort.
Aso: I don't see how a low-servo could provide you more space in the chassis, as the shorter servo-body is facing forward in the 410.
Maybe you could use that space to mount a PT? (note to myself)

²!

on topic: what are the differences between the original body and the V3-body?

Also will the Gainabull body deliver another type of downforce? My idea is that this body might give more steering, but the 410 allready delivers plenty of steering IMHO.
So the Gainabulbody might deliver too much steering .. or am I wrong?

No the gainabull certainly does not deliver much more steering, defo recommend the shell though just wish replacement wings were more avaiable

Do I need a fan on the tekin RS pro running a SS5.5T
I would like to get one in there but if its not necessary then Ill leave it.
Where do you guys put your big transponder?

Big G 31-10-2011 08:42 AM

I've run a 5.5 on a RS pro without a fan without any issues.

I ran my older red AMB pt in the side pod as per the R mounting point. my newer harry lives under the diff at the front ;)
