Chinese whispers.... I spoke to Rob earlier and he counted 75 odd perm pit spaces. That means 45 or so people need to bring tables, and there is more than enough room for them around the hall... dont panic.

Just over a week to go now ;)

Friday 18th November:
Venue is CLOSED until 15.30 when the doors will be open to allow drivers to look at the track and sort out thier pitting arrangements. There are only 60 or so permanent spaces available so please bring your tables & chairs as normal just to be safe.
Electricity is available BUT there must be no trailing leads across the floor for obvious reasons. Duct tape is available from race control if required.
Venue will be locked at 17.00

Saturday 19th November:
Doors open at 6.45am
Drivers briefing at 7.45am
Practice round starts at 8.00am
Presentation at 7.15pm

Sunday 20th November:
Doors open at 6.45am
Drivers briefing at 7.45am
Practice round starts at 8.00am
Presentation at 5.15pm

Please make sure that you have a Lipo charging sack, it's not a choice.
There will be no running cars in the pitting area.
Mk Racing and RC Lazy will have the shops setup for both days and will stock tyres, wheels, inserts etc. You can ring or email them to pre order. www.rclazy.com www.m-k-racing.com

I am really looking forward to another great and memorable MKGP!

Hollywood.

sounds like some of the permanent spaces have gone although reading this post from a week ago i'm sure you will have packed a table anyway :)

msxmre 18-11-2011 12:34 PM

Ok dok
Scotty

jaywestwood 18-11-2011 01:08 PM

Will everyone be able to pit inside or do we need to consider bringing a gazeebo as wont be able to make it to get a table today...

showtime 18-11-2011 01:15 PM

Jay there's plenty of room inside, there just aren't enough tables/chairs as normally (being a club venue) they don't have to cater for such a large entry :)

TARTMAN 18-11-2011 01:32 PM

SO

To clarify, there is loads of room, just bring table and chair, and an extension lead.

Is that right?

This it is...........;)
