I could tell you, but then this post's content would not be suitable for a public forum. Ask J or C.

matdodd 08-07-2008 07:38 PM

Ah ok :eh?: Well good luck for tomorrow!

Hey guys,
On Saturday evening while I was away from the track, my Trakpower V-balancer went missing from my pit bench.

Now I appreciate somebody may have borrowed it, as I consider everyone my friend who races and I don't mind that, so I was hoping it would have come back sometime on Sunday, Willy did put calls out and have a look for me, but it has not been returned to me.

I fear it has been stolen, but before I make that decision would like to give anybody the chance to simply PM me if they have it, or know who has it, and will give my postal address to return it to me and I will be glad to see it back.

Thank you.
Chris

I had a great time racing but did not enjoy trying to drive the 2wd car in the wet. Even though I had BB pinks on I just could not seem to get any grip and kept on doing 360's. I had a much more enjoyable time with the 4wd and enjoyed winning the D final. I felt happy with that as I have not done much electric for quite a while and had a few issues to solve with the cars. Learnt alot over the course of the GP which really helped (thanks to Si Reeves). Well done to Willie and Lilliane for making it a very enjoyable meeting.

No problem i had a few people to help and a few xx4's to look at over the weekend

It is just a shame that my practice was shortened by having to get two new tyres for my camper van on Thursday as I had to limp it to the track after a valve went in the front passenger side. Thankfully I had some Shoe Goo and tie wraps to hold it together to help me limp to the track. It was a bit crammed as I did not get pitting space as I expected so I think next time I will bring the awning just in case!!!

Hopefully see you at a Nitro race soon Si.

Myself, Rob8246 & AmiSMB are going from Dover on the Weds luncthtime
anyone else sailing from there then?
i spose you gravy drinkers will be taking another route?

really looking forward to this meeting

burgie 19-05-2009 07:51 PM

well, the gravy drinkers from Southport are going via Dover but on Thursday morning.....it's costs a bloody fortune from Hull, about £400 on the boat. It'sonly £45 from Dover, so well worth the 5 hour drive.

at 4am in the morning.
