@Ross Interesting bracket you've made for your ESC there, just a metal plate you've put between the battery and the mid motor brace? And some screws or something from the holes in the mid motor braces into the metal plate?

What did you use for the axle's,because i have a load of kyosho rims with good tyres that i had for my rb5,would save buying another load of tyres and rims, Cheers Mick. |

right guys for all that want to know about the kyosho set up. the front spindles are kyosho zx mk1 cvds cut of behind the joint and the rear are kyosho drilled out to 5mm with spacers on the outside the spoke wheels are 3 racing wheels for kyosho zx . kyosho lazer fs front wheels give you exact offset to the losi where as the standard lazer are slightly wider hope this helps save you a few quid

The fronts i understand but the rears can you explain in simpletons terms please,its just that when i put the kyosho wheels on the 22 (rear) theres about 10mm of axle before you get some thread,so how did you space it out, the only way i could see to do it was to put three hex's together somehow? Cheers Mick. |

The screws have been cut down so they don't stick out of the nut, or you could get some the correct length :D http://www.rosswhitelock-photography.../IMG9720-M.jpg http://www.rosswhitelock-photography.../IMG9719-M.jpg |
here's my simple 22, paint job is not that awesome as compared to the others. A rear config with HW ESC and Savox LP servo and a converted 27MHZ KO EX-5 (Old School) TX TO 2.4gHZ. Slipper is a light weight Trinity option parts for B4. Rest is Box Stock.

Trish's 22

It appears I have broken the mould by not modifying the original design. Everything is as per the mid motor build apart from the following;
Green on Front, White Springs Rear 30W Front 25W Rear The rear upper linkage is running on the innermost and rear most hub position with 2mm under the ball cup and no spacers on the inner. No weights are added I run, brushed (shock horror) 23t with an MTroniks StormX (low profile esc). I use saddle packs, Spectrum S6040 servo and a 40MHz RX. I run this indoors. Worried if a 10t will overheat in the limited amount of cooling when I go outdoors. Sorry for the poor pictures and I hadn't clipped the body on, and the silly road tyres. Trish |
Here's mine , no pink cf for the 22.:lol:

Hello guys I am new to the forum and new to 1/10 leccy racing. Although not new to electric. This is my first 1/10 and went with the 22 and really enjoyed the build. I am just awaiting my shell and wing to be returned and I can get her down the track. Anyway here is a couple of pics of how it stands I am also running the TLR rear weight kit and the 60g rudebits under lipo weight:
