Go

SC10 was old skool brushed 19t, and 2wd was 6.5.

Thanks guys for a great days racing  Really enjoyed both my heats, track was awesome. Bloody long way for us to drive, but I would definately come to another if you do one!

I was actually quite scared to have "The Rat" breathing up my bumper for what seemed like the entire final...... that thing reminds me of the van in Jeepers Creepers. :woot:

Awesome meeting guys!!! If you think the look of my car wasn't ratty enough I'm sure the noise it was making in the final helped changed your mind

Thanks to everyone who helped support the Phat Bodies SC18 Blackjack class too despite the short notice! They were very different to drive but I think people found it fun, so thanks for your support on that one again peeps

Mine loved to floooat over the triple :woot:

That cake was going so fast, i think you should of put a transponder on it and you might of actually had a chance of getting FTD then LOL

I had a great day too after i`d got a new motor from Paul Knight. As my 13t had died big time , bits everywhere. I was running an old skool SC10. 19t motor and nihms. Looking forward to the next one:thumbsup:

The track was brilliant, and a testiment to the HRCC club who have never failed to design a great track in all the events ive been to there.
4WD was brilliant. Griff and Bish were in a league of their own (must be a yellow thing!), and the rest of the heat was great dicing with Wes throughout :)
SC10 class was a real eye opener. Never raced SC10 before, and although I was plagued with breakages I never ceased to have a huge smilie on my face after coming off the rostrum :)
Huge thanks to Millzy, H and Wez for hooking me up with an SC10 to race/abuse :)

+1 @ "Whens the next one?" :)

what were u breaking?

c0sie 20-10-2009 11:06 AM

I was breaking parts that were already stressed by use over and beyond what would be construed as 'normal use' by the trucks owner :)

No one else seemed to break anything all day so im putting it down to the driver and not the vehicle :)

wezzer 20-10-2009 11:55 AM

lol
it was the most modded truck there i rekon :-) good on millzy for letting you use it though

Big G 20-10-2009 11:57 AM

broke another steel turnbuckle on the B44. Same side on the back again. never broken any of the other 5 lol.

SC10 didn't suffer from any breakdowns for a change. felt very tame over the weekend which left me to pick my lines and keep it clean really. still my bald rear tyres wouldn't have helped much had I gone any faster. :D

c0sie 20-10-2009 12:02 PM

You broke a turnbuckle?? wow!!

Wez, you helped me get that 'ride' as well, so thanks go to you, and to H for being my pit man all day. Top blokes, all of ya! :)

GRIFF55 20-10-2009 03:02 PM

Where's these piccies then guys?? Get some more appetites wetted for the NEXT ONE!!!!

Captain-Codpiece-The-2nd 21-10-2009 09:40 AM

Yes I'll second that! And the videos......:D

If anyone fancies coming to Notts we are racing SC10's this Saturday
