I think the idea on the X7 was that the belt is high speed/low torque.

Ahh another car ready to munch any lose wiring

Paultje040 04-10-2015 05:14 PM

Dont think this is the kit-version.

The car on the photo's has a few option.
#Alu front hubs
# titanium camberlinks
# Stainless screws

Fozzy1989 04-10-2015 05:24 PM

We won't know till they release final details of the kits but I would imagine the limited edition will come with extras you mention

skyaflake 04-10-2015 05:28 PM

Which limited edition?

As far as my info goes, there is only one version. (i know there was talk about a worlds/Factory edition, but Yokomo changed that about a week ago.)

Shops are letting you pre order the two different versions

Interesting, I'm sure Yokomo will clear this up for everyone when they release full details. I'm hoping personally they do a version with the extras but all will be revealed I guess lol

skyaflake 04-10-2015 05:39 PM

Initially, there will be only one version. Contact your shop, they are wrong.

Moss Models 04-10-2015 06:14 PM

Correct. Only one version. :):)

This was because Michael wasn't sure on what they will release.
Current news is one version, but if Yokomo win the worlds with it, there was talk of a worlds spec car, hence mixed message.
Pre-orders at MB are for the version including the named YZ4 bag.

hopefully getting access to the diffs wont be a pain. Thats one thing i like about the bmax4 iii, its only four screws and the top half of the gearbox casing comes off

I think it comes down to twice the work of an yz2, as the gearboxes are quite similar.
So yes, some people might say its a "pain".

Skidrow 06-10-2015 05:04 PM

:) Properly 3 gears
