I've shit-out on the filthys idea, I'm gonna have a can of soup instead and do the booking in for the York regional.

I have some bread though too.

nd some fruit - grapes, a braeburn apple (of course) and a banana.

I might make a cup of tea to go with it all.

For my lunch today I am going to go to 'filthies', so named because the women that work there are pure filth!

I will see if they have any nice pies.
