That is very close to how I run my car on a similar tight carpet track.

A couple of changes, pretty much what E says.

green front spring middle hole on wishbone,
pink rear spring, outer hole on xxxcr rear wishbone
diff in the front
front and rear anti roll bar

I'm not a fan of E's soft front springs, I find that the front end seems to wash out as the front drops all the way to the deck in fast corners. Maybe it's just that E and Tom are better at crisis management than I am, but red springs front springs are not for me.
